Use this page to idenitify which version of WorkSchedule.Net you use.
Why are there two versions of WorkSchedule.Net?
WorkSchedule.Net is continuing to roll out our awesome new generation application, version 9. So until the end of life for WorkSchedule.Net version 8, which is currently expected to be September 1st, 2024 both version 8 and version 9 of WorkSchedule.Net will operate simultaneously as separate applications. Each company will migrate from v8 to v9 when the administrators are ready. Whether you are an employee or administrator, it is important to know which version your organization is currently using during this transition period so you know which mobile app, login page, and documentation is appropriate for you.
VERSION 8
If you have been a user since before February 1, 2022 AND you have not received an invite to register for version 9, you can generally assume your organization still uses version 8 . Version 8 operates under the domain name ws8.workschedule.net when logged in.
VERSION 9
If your organization started with WorkSchedule.Net after February 1, 2022, you can generally assume that you are using version 9. Version 9 operates under the domain name workschedule.app when logged in.
For anyone still unsure about which version you currently use, we recommend referencing the help below to determine which version your organization is currently using, or asking your administrator.
