Work Schedule Dot Net doesn't stop at the scheduling stage. Included are full attendance capabilities. You can choose to use the online time clock and/or online employee time sheets to track the time that your employees actually work. You can generate reports on total hours.

Export to Payroll

We provide several options for exporting attendance data export directly to your payroll system. If you use Quickbooks Pro® for your payroll, you can export data directly from the WSDN attendance area into the Quickbooks Pro® time tracking module. If you want to export to a different payroll system, we can customize an export function for you. Another option, if you have a software developer available to you, is to use our general data export function that can generate an XLS file with the raw data from attendance. Your developer can create a program to import the raw data into your payroll system.


Online Time Clock

Employees can use their WSDN account to clock in and out. The times are recorded in the attendance module as time blocks. The employee simply logs into their account and will immediately see a "Clock In" link on their home page. Once they click the "Clock In" link, WSDN is recording their time working. When an employee is finished, they simply click "Clock Out" and a time block is created in the attendance area of WSDN with their start time, end time, and number of hours that they worked. Managers can modify this attendance information when necessary from the manager's area.


Online Time Sheets

In some situations it is appropriate to allow employees to record their own times worked. At the manager's discretion, the employee can be allowed to modify their own attendance records. Just as with the online time clock, times worked are recorded in the attendance area. Note that the online time clock and online time sheets can be used together if the employees are trusted.
